California Safety Programs

California IIPP Builder

Build an Injury and Illness Prevention Program from guided questions about your California business. Your answers shape the document; you, as the employer, remain responsible for checking it, completing the workplace details and implementing it.

Start with your actual business

Enter the company details and answers that describe your workplace. Review the generated preview before paying, and correct answers that do not reflect the work. A fictional sample helps you understand the format, but cannot identify your own hazards or replace a workplace assessment.

What the Single IIPP purchase includes

For an eligible program, the Single IIPP option provides one company's IIPP as an editable Word file with its blank record forms. You can edit the answers and regenerate it. It is a one-time purchase with no renewal. It does not include the combined manual, other programs, the handbook, or silica and respiratory plans.

Eligibility depends on your answers

The Single IIPP cannot be purchased where your answers call for a supported plan that requires Pro. Some unsupported silica work permits only a limited IIPP purchase; that is not a complete safety-program package for that work. Review the eligibility result and limitations before choosing a purchase.

When a manual subscription is a better fit

If you need several catalogue programs together, compare Starter and Pro. A subscription includes the combined manual and the individual programs your answers call for within the chosen plan. Starter excludes silica and respiratory protection plans. Pro includes those only within supported scope. Current prices and renewal terms appear on the pricing page.

Documents need completion and implementation

A download is not proof that an effective workplace program has been adopted or implemented. Check names, responsibilities, procedures and completion notices; arrange the training and workplace actions that apply. Generated documents are not professionally approved or a substitute for professional advice about your actual conditions.
