Read a complete program before you buy one
Not an excerpt and not a brochure — the whole thing, every document, every citation, the compliance calendar and the blank forms. Both samples are generated by the same code that builds a customer's program, so what you read is what you would get.

Most compliance products show a two-page excerpt, because the document is the product and giving it away is giving away the sale. That is not quite true here. A safety program's value is that it describes your workplace — §3203 requires a program identifying the hazards of the actual premises, the actual equipment and the actual work. A program naming somebody else's kitchen is not a defence for anybody, and an inspector reading one would establish that quickly.
So there is nothing to hold back. You can read every page of both samples, decide whether the writing and the citations are any good, and only then decide whether to answer the questions that would make one of these about your business.
What you are looking at
- Every chapter cites the section it comes from, so you can check us against the regulation rather than taking our word for it.
- Where something is required by law, recommended as good practice, or dependent on your own operation, the restaurant program says which — and where no Cal/OSHA standard exists for something a business still has to manage, it says that too rather than inventing a citation.
- The compliance calendar at the front lists every recurring duty, its interval, its authority, and the record that proves it was done.
